What comes to mind as you answer the question, “who is God?” Many things are likely to flood your thinking and prayerfully you can prove your thoughts through the scripture. Can you? Is your view of God and Jesus Christ from the Word of God? If not, then were did they come from? Why do you have them? What are you going to do if you discover they are not accurate? Would you want to know the truth? Now that I have offered you too many questions to answer today, let me offer you some hope. God’s word is clear on who He is and how one can stand before Him. It is not because of one’s own mind, decision, determination, will, wisdom or efforts, but by His divine love and the divine FINISHED work Christ through His life, death, burial and resurrection.
